What are the requirements?
To join our writing experts online, we don’t require extensive experience or diplomas. Aside from an understanding of SEO blog writing services, we require the following:
- Exceptional grasp of the English language. Unfortunately, “near-native” isn’t good enough if it comes through in your writing.
- Impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Attention to detail. Each assignment instruction is different, so a keen eye for detail is essential to ensure we don’t miss anything.
- A willingness to learn. As the industry changes regularly, we should always be adaptable and ready to learn from each other.
- Have a great team attitude. One thing we’ve learned is that it doesn’t matter how fantastic a writer you are if you have a bad attitude.
- Be a team player. As we’ve said, your success is our success and vice versa. As long as we work together, things will run smoothly.

How do I join the team?
Once we’ve processed your application, we’ll send you an email with links to join our communications server and project board.
Please note that we’ll only contact successful applicants.
Once onboard, we’ll get you set up with your first assignment and your coach will be ready to meet you.
This first assignment is the last part of the application and will determine if you’re able to work with our team. Here, we look for the following:
- How well you read, interpret, and follow the instructions given.
- Communicate when you need help.
- If you take advice when it is given and amend accordingly.
What does the coaching program entail?
Every member joining our content writing agency must first go through the coaching process. Here, you’ll work closely with a dedicated coach who’ll guide you through various client requirements.
Each client has different projects and each project has a specific set of requirements. It’s your coach’s job to ensure that you understand them and how to proceed with each one.
Typically, we aim for the coaching process to span your first three to five assignments. Under ideal circumstances, this is what you can expect:
- Assignment 1 = explaining all requirements and helping you meet them to the best of your ability.
- Assignment 2 = fine-tuning any specific instructions you might be struggling with.
- Assignment 3 = final check to ensure that you've applied everything you've been trained on and can work independently.
- Assignments 4 & 5 = Additional assistance if needed.
During your first assignment, your coach determines how much assistance you need and if you’re a good fit for the team.
How do payments work?
We do a payment run every second weekend. Using Wise, you’ll receive your payment directly into our bank account.
